A salon is more than a space, it’s the people who fill it. At Mark Ryan Salon, growth isn’t just individual, it’s collective. Ryan and I believe that inside of each person is more potential than they know. We knew that if we focused on growth and learning, we could develop a team of stylists who work together and in the service of their clients beautifully. We do this through mentorship, education, and an atmosphere of collective progress and achievement. We believe that the word “love” isn’t used enough in business and we believe that we love our employees in ways both big and small. The other compliment we hear often is that people like the “vibe” of the salon, which is harder to pin-point. What exactly does that mean? This place feels good andmakes you look good. It feels welcoming. We value our clients and if you’ve been here before, there is a pretty good chance that someone you met at your last visit is going to recognize you and say hello. One of our beliefs is to “live life beautifully,”which is pretty broad. For us, it goes beyond the haircut or color, it includes the experience along the way and the relationship.
