A New York City native, Mardiluz Toro fell in love with the beauty business and built her formative skills at the Carsten Institute. Afterward, she acquired significant technical expertise by serving as an assistant to Marie Robinson and her top-tier colorists. With incredible attention to detail, Mardi prides herself on developing a reputation as one of New York City’s top up-and-coming talents.
