During Nic's 15-year tenure at Bumble and bumble, she excelled as a senior stylist and Lead Educator of Technical Education. She then transitioned to a private studio, where she blended various wellness modalities into all of her hair services and developed The Embeautyment™ Method. Today, she is the go-to wellness educator and coach for beauty professionals. Her impressive client roster includes top stylists from around the world, as well as brands like Bobbi Brown, Oribe, and Estée Lauder, showcasing her broad influence in the beauty industry.

Nic is known for her intuitive and calming approach in the headspa. She crafts customized experiences that address scalp issues, promote hair health, and smooth out energetic imbalances.
